Processing Time
All orders are handmade and processed within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons, restocks, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—keep an eye out!
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is with the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. However, we will do our best to help you locate your order if any issues arise.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Warm Weather Notice
Candles and wax melts may soften or melt in high temperatures. We recommend bringing your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery.
